I'm driven by a collective mission to Build a Stronger Europe, with a personal focus on bridging technological knowledge gaps across European defense ecosystems. Navigating the defense industry is challenging. It's perhaps the only sector that traditionally waits for customers to precisely dictate requirements – imagine a restaurant that only cooks exactly what a customer describes, down to the last garnish! This complex landscape requires a special kind of resilience and strategic thinking – qualities that can turn bureaucratic barriers into opportunities faster than you -they- can say "we need an more innovative procurement process."
Professional Bio
Prior to joining Keen, I worked with Invest-NL, the government's venture capital arm. There, I supported societal and innovative projects through blended finance constructions under the National Growth Fund. My commitment extends beyond the professional realm. As a field hockey player competing at the highest level with Klein Zwitserland Heren 1, and having represented the youth national team in international tournaments – including the European and World Cup – I bring the same dedication and competitive spirit to both my athletic and professional pursuits.
