Growing up, I had a habit of taking things apart and trying to put them back together, often failing but learning … and getting electrocuted twice in the process.

That curiosity stuck with me in my first job where I learned how gold and silver is extracted from the ground to how carrots are bred. In doing so, I’ve climbed down mine shafts in South America and visited the fields and labs where vegetable seeds are developed in the Netherlands. After a stint at a payments company, I’m now fortunate to find myself in venture capital, where my “what does this button do” level of curiosity is directed towards learning and discovering the awesome things that entrepreneurs are doing. Safe to say it's infinitely better than getting electrocuted!

In my spare time, I love to cook and obsess about all things food. I enjoy hiking but daily walks around Amsterdam with a good podcast have become a relaxing ritual. I also enjoy sports, particularly football, and music (pre-2010 hip hop – if I had to be specific). I’m also an advocate for a few cancer charities that are very close to my heart.

Professional Bio
I was most recently in the corporate development team at a listed payments technology company, focusing on European fintech, B2B payments, and services. Prior to that, I started my career in banking in London with Bank of America Merrill Lynch after graduating from university.

At Keen I support: Beekeeper, Bits of Stock, Doctify, Dreamquark, FINN, and Nextail.
